- 3 month+ commitment (Australia ID Option donor).
- Donors typically donate once a week.
- You may donate twice a week depending on the number of abstinence hours you need for a good sample.
- Routine free infectious and STD testing.
- Physical exam every 6 months.
- Privacy policy:
- Anonymous donors remain anonymous, and Fairfax Cryobank will not release your identity or facilitate contact between you and recipients or offspring.
- ID Option donors agree to allow an offspring, upon reaching 18, to request your contact information - Fairfax Cryobank will share your contact information with the offspring but do not facilitate the actual contact.
